3) Danda tax is a harassment tax taken from Truck drivers and is a mode to take Bribe as no such tax exists anywhere in India. It was only for Chanda collection by previous govt. It was earlier in UP and Orrisa too but after BJP came into power this was abolished.

In street words this is DANDA TAX.
