This is becoming a serious issue now.

In the last 20 days, two of my friend’s Defender 110 2.0L petrols in Chandigarh started missing. Both had to be sent to the dealership on flatbeds, where the fuel pumps were replaced (a part that costs around ₹70,000, covered under warranty).

One of them was sent just the day before yesterday.

If anyone doubts this, feel free to DM me. If Gadkari ji or anyone from the government wants proof, I can provide written documentation from JLR.

The real question is: why are manufacturers staying silent instead of acknowledging the issue? Replacing failed parts under warranty is one thing, but customers deserve transparency about what’s causing these repeated failures.
