As we embarked on our fund, we gained a new perspective that was truly eye-opening. Despite our initial belief that there would be widespread support for a more balanced venture ecosystem, we are eagerly seeking allies to help us discover talented leaders in overlooked places, regardless of what the media or other experts may opine. We firmly believe that diversity is not just a buzzword, and as EJ so aptly put it, it is merely the starting point.
