@FreedomPopHelp Since I don't have the password to my account, and "forgot my password" doesn't send anything to my e-mail (I checked my spam filter), I guess my only option is to CANCEL my service?
@FreedomPopHelp I can't log in to the website in any way, since I don't have my password. I can't call because I'm not paying for phone support. What do I do?
@FreedomPopHelp I never got the original e-mail which contained my (generated) password. so I can't log in, admin my account, downgrade/upgrade services, etc. All support requires login as well!
