From January 20-30, The MARTIN’s store located at 2032 E Pleasant Valley Rd, Altoona, will have a bin located at the front of the store to collect non-perishable goods from customers to donate to the Tyrone Area School District.

TASD is proud to be a part of the @GIANT Feeding School Kids Round Up program! When parents and community members shop at GIANT/MARTIN’s stores between Jan 1 and Feb 28, they can round up at the check-out register to support public schools' efforts to eliminate childhood hunger.

Attention all junior high and varsity wrestlers. Weight certifications for the upcoming season will be held on Monday, October 31st at 3:30. Please meet in the wrestling cage and arrive hydrated.

The 9th Annual Golden Eagle Halloween event will be held on October 25. The event will run from 5-7PM. While the event is free, we do ask for donations. We suggest $2/person or $5/family.
All proceeds benefit the Panzi Hospital and American Red Cross Hurricane Ian Relief Fund.

Students or their parents can pick up pre-sold yearbooks this Thursday (8/11) from 2-4 pm or next Tuesday (8/16) from 2-4 pm in the high school main entrance lobby.

Middle School supply lists have been posted on the Middle School website. There are no Elementary or High School supply lists. Elementary students should arrive on the first day with a standard size backpack that will fit a folder.
