@A_Piszko Thanks for this very interesting study Aleksandra! There seems to be a big dependence of pH on the release, do you know why this is (and do we know what these sealants are or are they patented)? What is the normal pH in the mouth? (engineer with little experience in this area!)

@sionekkamila Hi Kamila! Thanks so much for your contribution! It is very interesting to see the influence of polymer molecular weight. As chitosan is a biomaterial it is very difficult to control the exact molecular weight - do you think that will be a problem for future applications?
@luk_pawlo Hi Lukasz! Thanks so much. I presume the antibacterial activity of your surface is twofold i) the "spikes" on the surface make it hard to access and ii) the release of the Ag NPs. Which one do you think has a more pronounced effect on anti-bacterial activity?
