The Australian physics community is saddened by the recent death of Prof Les Kirkup (@utsengage) 2020 AIP Fellow & 2014 awardee of the AIP Physics Education medal. His contribution to physics education in Australia was outstanding and he will be sorely missed. Vale Les.
