💯 patients. Community outpatient lab. https://t.co/LR5so3Qt1v integrated into the reporting pathway. Preliminary reporting time compared head-to-head with manual interpretation.
The result: a mean 6.9-minute reduction per study (p<0.001), with AI-derived measurements statistically equivalent to sonographer measurements across the key parameters.
Seven minutes doesn't sound like much until you multiply it by a full clinic day.

💪 Sonographers train for years. Their questions about new technology in the echo lab aren't resistance. They're professional judgment. That's why at Endeavor Health, sonographer feedback wasn't a hurdle to clear. It was central to how AI was rolled out.
When they trialled the AI-supported workflow with https://t.co/LR5so3Qt1v, sonographers of all skill levels reported meaningful improvements: less click burden, better lab efficiency, and more time for the work only they can do.
Dr. Ilya Karagodin MD (Director of AI & Advanced Analytics, Endeavor Health) shares what he learned from listening to his team.

We put that question to the people using it every day.
Cardiologists in Chicago, Rotterdam, Tokyo, and Mumbai. Sonographers who were skeptical at first and now prefer the workflow. Imaging directors measuring real time savings per study. Partners from Fujifilm, Canon, https://t.co/tR8dBIoxi8, Aidoc, and Merge on where AI echo fits in the care pathway.
All in their own words, in one place.

🛑 Undetected cardiac pathology before surgery is one of the most preventable drivers of peri-operative risk 🛑
Severe aortic stenosis carries nearly 10% 30-day mortality after non-cardiac surgery. Pulmonary hypertension can quadruple adjusted mortality even in elective cases. We wrapped our annual offsite this week with one word to carry into the year ahead: 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡.
A few days of presentations, team meals, and honest conversations about where we're going and how we get there together. The part that doesn't show up in any deck is what happens when people who usually build across time zones finally sit across from each other. Ideas move faster. Trust compounds. The next year starts to take shape in real time.
We're leaving with a roadmap we're genuinely excited about, and we can't wait to see the impact it has on more clinicians and patients around the world.

So how do you get a full picture of the heart in that window? Dr. Deepak Borde has an answer, and https://t.co/LR5so3R0R3 is part of it.
Dr. Borde is a cardiac anesthesiologist in Aurangabad. In a recent interview with EchoNous, he described a 60-patient study where his team paired a handheld probe with https://t.co/LR5so3R0R3's automated analysis to perform a full diastolic function assessment at the bedside.
What https://t.co/LR5so3R0R3 brings to that 10-minute window:
✅ Automated measurements the clinician would otherwise do by hand, including Left Atrial Strain
✅ Results aligned with the latest ASE diastolic function guidelines
✅ A path toward enabling non-cardiologists to perform detailed assessments at the bedside
This is the vision Dr. Borde calls 'echoliteracy'. Expert-level echo, at every bedside, in the time clinicians actually have.
"I cannot spend 45 minutes doing a preoperative scan."
Cardiac anesthesiologist Dr. Deepak Borde explains why workflow efficiency, #POCUS, and integrated AI are changing perioperative assessment.

https://t.co/LR5so3Qt1v's FDA-cleared and CE-marked cardiac amyloidosis AI model is already highly accurate. But like all AI diagnostic models, a small proportion of cases required more information before a confident classification could be made.
A new study published in Circulation: Cardiovascular Imaging asked: what if we gave the AI that information?
By combining https://t.co/LR5so3Qt1v's deep learning output with clinical and laboratory data in a multicenter, international cohort of 1,043 patients across 9 sites, every indeterminate case was resolved. Without compromising accuracy.
🟢AUC improved from 0.89 to 0.94.
🟢Sensitivity improved from 76% to 93%.
🟢Indeterminate cases: eliminated entirely.
This is what the next step in AI-guided precision diagnostics for cardiac amyloidosis looks like.

Our team attended Advances in Structural Heart Imaging 2026 at CUHK Medical Centre, connecting with clinicians and researchers from across the region.
A standout moment from this weekend was a presentation the team at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, sharing clinical evidence for the use of https://t.co/LR5so3R0R3 in cardiac amyloidosis detection. One case in particular stood out: a diagnosis that had been missed by clinicians, but was picked up by AI! A powerful reminder of why this technology matters and how it can effectively assist clinicians。
Honoured to have been invited by Prof. Alex Lee (@AlexLee_MD) and Prof. Qing Zhang to run a hands-on workshop showcasing https://t.co/LR5so3R0R3's AI echo solution for cardiac amyloidosis. The room was full, the energy was fantastic and the questions from attendees showed just how much curiosity and appetite there is for AI echo in the region. A huge thank you to Pfizer and Medison for sponsoring the workshop.

Our co-founder Yoran Hummel attended "Smarter, Faster, Better: How AI is Reshaping the Echocardiography Workflow" at San Luca Hospital, a one-day course fully dedicated to AI and echocardiography. He also gave a presentation and led a two-hour hands-on workshop, giving attendees the opportunity to experience https://t.co/LR5so3Qt1v firsthand.
Being in the room with clinicians, scientists and fellow technology developers was a reminder of how much the field is shifting. A few things stood out:
➡️ The conversation has moved on. The question is no longer whether AI works. It is how to implement it responsibly, equitably and effectively in routine clinical practice.
➡️ Standardisation is the real opportunity. AI's ability to reduce variability, improve reproducibility and support less experienced operators is where the greatest clinical value lies.
➡️ End-to-end workflows are the future. AI is evolving beyond automated measurements toward full workflow support including image acquisition, quality control, structured reporting and disease detection.
➡️ Vendor agnosticism and interoperability are non-negotiable. Future AI solutions must integrate echocardiography with multimodality imaging, clinical information and outcomes data to support truly patient-centred care.
At https://t.co/LR5so3Qt1v, these are not aspirations. They are what we build toward every day.
We are grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in this educational event and to put our technology directly in the hands of clinicians. There is no better way to understand what the field needs than by being in the room.
A huge thank you to course directors Luigi Badano, Denisa Muraru and Marco Penso for creating such a focused and thoughtful space for this conversation.
