@RoaringHammy It totally depends on the real estate and location. I did this in my 20s and made $400k in 3yrs. If you’re in a rising bubble it’s better to ride the bubble up and get out before it pops.
@Way2Serious@fieality@Cernovich You can’t change what you got. But you can always optimize what you got. I see so many guys with bellies, neck beards, cargo shorts and no unisex interests.
@Cernovich I know few people without kids who really should have. Many who could’ve. And it’s sad, but they just never took the last few growth steps to get past the great filter.
@engineers_feed High density mixed use is the exploitation. Developers collude with local government to change zoning and ruin your town. But you applaud it because John Oliver convinced you of a fake problem.
Not much of a systems engineer: people want to live in safe areas with space and trees but need to meet for work. So we build houses 30mins away from cities and criminals. People travel in machines we build and are fueled by a global resource we control that props up our currency.
