The Council has formally adopted the tariff commitments agreed under the 🇪🇺🇺🇸 joint statement.

The commitments aim to bring stability and predictability to transatlantic trade, while preserving safeguards to protect EU businesses and workers.

We’re raising a glass to America’s 250th birthday with Yakima Charge 🍻 — a special craft brew featuring hops from Washington State’s renowned Yakima Valley, the hometown of Chargée d’Affaires Erika Olson.

The Chargée added U.S.-grown hops to the brew, bringing a taste of the Pacific Northwest to Australia. The United States has long been Australia’s largest international supplier of hops. Yakima Charge celebrates 250 years of American innovation, partnership, and friendship—one glass at a time.
