Cameron's Ministry of Environment, Nature Protection and Sustainable Development in collaboration with the African Coalition for Sustainable Energy and Access organized a two-day consultative workshop to develop Cameroon's National Adaptation Plan. This adaptation plan is a governance framework which will ensure a structured, transparent and participatory approach to climate action. The framework will define the roles, responsibilities, coordination mechanisms and financial arrangements necessary for effective climate resilience and adaptation.

Speaking during a preparatory workshop for the Cameroon delegation in view of their participation in the upcoming @COP29_AZ, @ABNJAMNSHI decries that, "USD100 billion is not enough to buy coffins for those who will die due to the devastating impacts of climate change in Africa."
