Chat support is absolutely useless. How frustrating is it to know the person on the chat is tending to five other chats while you wait so long for a response that your train of thought is broken. Your anxiety turns to rage after about 3 minutes and you hate the brand

A week of connectivity Hell. Smoked two high end wireless routers and I’m back with an emergency Netgear x6. Setting these up is so dumbed down it takes monumental effort to fix the most arcane issues. #routerhell lesson learned; don’t buy a spare router and save it for two years
