It was a privilege today to be on the ACES Europe assessment panel for the candidature of Madrid for World Capital of Sport. It was an impressive presentation and Madrid is, of course, a great city - a pity it had to be done online rather than there in person!

On a ride yesterday we grabbed a takeaway coffee from one of our favourite cafés. Just love their Christmas decorations this year – swapped the tree for a bike...the cycling boom is everywhere!

The UK subsidy scheme for electric bikes will start with trials before a wider support package in Spring 21. As European Cycling Directeur promoting ‘cycling for all’ I see this as great news

Make sure you know how to remove your wheels and fix a puncture, and carry the tools to do it.
