Take every chance to make Dua, such as when it rains, before drinking Zamzam water, the last hour before Maghrib on Friday, in the last third of the night everyday. Dua is a gift from Allah. Keep making your Duas and thank Allah for inspiring you to make them.

Pray Tahajjud, That one night Tahajjud prayer may be the reason why your longed Dua will finally come true. Tahajjud works. Never lose hope no matter how long you have been making Dua, Remember you are not asking just anyone but the most merciful.
Tahajjud every night. Salat dhuha, every morning. Al waqiah everyday. Istighfar and Salawat 100x daily. And then see how your life changes and how Allah answers your dua' one by one. In shaa Allah
"I've observed that making parents happy with you is one of the fastest ways to have your dua answered. Allah mentions goodness to parents directly after mentioning Tawhid in many verses. Pleasing them will please Allah, and when Allah is pleased with you, you know the benefits."

Yet, it is the most beautiful of mercies. That awareness of Allah ﷻ is so weighty; that veil of death is no longer so opaque. Sickness eats at health, but it also ironically cures the blind. You can see—
There is something so jarring about being sick. Your cloak of health is suddenly ripped off of you and your mortality is laid bare. You are vulnerable and weak and death looms over your head.
It's ironic, for you've never felt more human than when you are deprived of being—
this Hadith will forever be stuck in my mind. Jabir narrated that the prophet (saw) said “on the day of judgement when the people who were tested in this dunya are given their rewards, the people who were pardoned in life will wish that their skin had been cut off with scissors
"Don't take pride in your looks because you didn't create them, and don't take pride in your lineage because you didn't choose it....
افتخر بأخلاقك لأنك أنت من صنعها
take pride in your good character and moral values because you are the one who shaped them"
The ability to understand and practice your faith correctly is from Allah.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
مَنْ يُرِدِ اَللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا, يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي اَلدِّينِ
"When Allah wishes good for anyone, He bestows upon him the comprehension of the religion."
