@LGUSSupport I cant get a hold of the company that assigns the technician, your call center reps cant even contact the service company, the tech left my house a week ago only to order the part this past Tuesday?!?!?! how is this fair??? I have to pay for an appointment + labor??
@LGUSSupport PLEASE come repair or get your FRIDGE out of my house immediately! I refuse for my family to continue being handicapped by this issue any longer. Will report to consumer affairs and others.
@LGUSSupport I have to wait a week for a scheduled appointment, an hour to talk to an exec, theres only 1 technician available in my area, REALLY??? only one??? so he's probably overworked and underpaid... and I still have to pay for labor and possibly parts?!?!?!?
@LGUSSupport Its about 4 weeks my family of 3 and I are without a repaired fridge. Extremely frustrated how customer service repairs are being handled. No easy way to get executive answers + call centers can barley help my frustration. In the midst of COVID summer heat and all!
