Hello, @ganado67923. For security reasons and to maintain the confidentiality of an account, UnionBank does not keep copies of clients’ ATM PINs on record. Please remember that you have 3 attempts to enter the correct PIN per day. Once you have exceeded the limit, this will automatically refresh after 2 hours.
In the event that you cannot remember the old PIN, you may have the options as listed below:
• ATM PIN reset via UnionBank Mobile Application
1. Go to manage cards.
2. Select the right Card
3. Click “Change ATM card PIN
4. Set your ATM card PIN
5. Re-enter you PIN
6. Provide the one-time password
7. Congratulations you have successfully changed your PIN.
• Request for Re-PIN via Branch
Please visit the nearest UBP branch and request for a re-PIN. Fill-out Re-PIN request form and pay for P50. Request for Re-PIN is real time. Once received, you may proceed with card activation via app and change the default PIN via (ATM) app.
Please feel free to get in touch with us if you have any queries or issues. Thank you.
