UNISON is calling for proper support, enforced adjustments & investment in care and services ✊
As elections approach: what will candidates do to remove these barriers?

NHS Ayrshire & Arran has reduced its projected deficit to £25m, despite the lower figure it remains overspent amid ongoing pressures, with @unisonscot Matt McLauglin saying health boards need “better funding.”
Edinburgh school support staff face daily violence, leaving them exhausted and unsafe at work. This cannot continue.
UNISON City of Edinburgh is calling for urgent action to protect staff and create safe, supportive schools. 🟣🟢

Local services across Scotland are underfunded, undervalued and underpaid despite their vital roles.
At #ScotBudget, the Scottish Government must keep its promise to our movement on tax, transport, education and social care.
