More than 268,000 people have been displaced in Yemen as fighting intensifies, while thousands flee by sea to Djibouti.

Latest figures compiled by IOM show 3,836 Yemenis have arrived in Djibouti, half of them children.

Zohor and her children are among the hundreds of thousands of people displaced by renewed fighting in Yemen.

After arriving in Aden, IOM registered them for emergency assistance through the Rapid Response Mechanism, which supports families newly displaced by conflict.

In Egypt, together with @UNmigration global donors we visited IOM's and partners activities of assistance and protection to stranded migrants along their migratory routes. Health conditions play an essential role to shape solutions, including returning back home. @IOMEgypt

IOM is working with Somali authorities and communities to prepare for the floods, but only 14.4% of the required funding has been secured.

Nearly 874,000 people in #Somalia could be forced from their homes by flooding in the next three months.

Many families have already endured drought and repeated displacement.
