Ephesus: Orthodox
Smyrna: Orthodox
Pergamon: Orthodox
Thyratira: Orthodox
Sardis: Orthodox
Philadelphia: Orthodox
Laodicea: Orthodox

They all continued into the second millennium as Orthodox churches (most survived until the Ottomans).

Not making a theological claim here, but I find it interesting that, in the New Testament there are 7 churches, 7 lamp stands belonging to those churches and you can boil down Protestants to 7 denominations based on their major theological beliefs.
