Rocket and I decided we'd take a stroll through Mumbai, and we found a shop. Not sure we sre in the correct universe for a few reasons, BUT WE MADE A FRIEND❤️🐂🐕 #StackTheBull@UpRockCom
We just open sourced the UpRock Fuel engine for Android. Here's why it matters, and why we need @GooglePlay@GooglePlayBiz help. 🧵
Google flagged our Android app as malware (case 3-2652000041782). We believe it's the Fuel engine, the sandboxed runtime behind our distributed web research network.
Code: https://t.co/bJZfOlYgrI
Deep dive: https://t.co/FO2lLNNxd4
For your agents: https://t.co/peao48pm9t
Building a consumer AI agent that everyone in the world can afford is really hard.
Agents are expensive. Every time an agent researches the web, compares prices or monitors a page, someone pays for the compute and the connection. That's why most consumer agents cost $30 to $1,000 a month. Most of the world can't pay that.
This is the power of a distributed network.
Our community knows what DePIN means. We've been upfront about it from day one. Distributed networks already power inference, compute and storage. We apply the same idea to agents: millions of real devices complete web tasks for each other, so your agent can work all night, crawling the web to find you a better price on those shoes or tracking whatever you care about.
You earn rewards for contributing. You spend them on an agent that works for you 24/7. That's how community-powered agentic AI becomes accessible worldwide.
Our mobile-first Fuel engine makes this safe.
When tasks run on devices owned by real people, safety has to be built in at every layer:
Signed: only UpRock can create a task, and every task is verified on the device before it runs. Anything unsigned or tampered with is rejected.
Sandboxed: tasks run in WebAssembly. They can't start processes, can't save files after they finish, and their network connections are blocked from your local network.
Encrypted: every task is encrypted and only delivered to the device assigned to run it. That protects users and the people whose tasks run on the network.
Readable: every task carries a manifest that says exactly what it is and what it's allowed to do.
And we didn't just describe it. We published the code, plus a list of what isn't enforced yet. No hiding.
Now, back to the hard part.
Google flagged our Android app as malware, and we believe Fuel is why. Play Protect is uninstalling UpRock from users who chose it, understand it, and have told us publicly they want it.
@google We build in public.
We livestream our work weekly: https://t.co/q3nlo3rZZi.
We've explained how the app works and how the network works, openly, for years:
https://t.co/lXntYQgibF
https://t.co/rTU7al9CvN
We're backed by Borderless Capital (lead), Draper Dragon, Animoca Brands and many more.
We went through the Google for Startups Cloud Program, where we walked Google through exactly how the app works.
We have zero incentive to ship anything malicious. Our whole business runs on user trust.
Apple asked us to remove the network contribution on iOS. We did, and we're live on the App Store with great ratings: https://t.co/mInStFyYGk
We'll do the same on Android.
@GooglePlay@GooglePlayBiz@Google We're still on appeal (case 3-2652000041782). Not a new appeal, just an update on what we've done. Our asks:
1. Let us resubmit without Fuel engine, the same way we did on iOS.
2. If Google still doesn't want us in the store, that's your call. But a store decision is different from labeling us malware and a "fake" app. Please remove the label.
That label is wrong, and you are seriously hurting a startup and a community of millions who chose us.
If there's anything you can do to escalate, we'd be grateful. 🙏🚀
The AI Watching Series
Episode 15: Other AI Agents
AI is building AI.
So who’s watching what the other agents are up to?
Rocket is.
While human teams spend hours keeping up with competitor product drops, AI framework updates, demo videos, and keynotes…
Rocket uses UpRock VSS to monitor the agentic web in real time.
Instead of reading scraped documentation, Rocket watches how other AI agents actually perform in video demos, visual benchmarks, and product launches.
Ask:
→ What new visual capabilities did competitor AI agents release this week?
→ Find the exact moment in their launch video where the agent failed or glitched.
→ Compare how Agent X handles complex web UI tasks versus Agent Y.
→ Show me every timestamp where they mention multi-modal workflow integrations.
→ Track product updates from top AI labs directly from their live demo feeds.
And it doesn't stop at tracking.
As autonomous agents start handling complex workflows on their own, text-only data won't be enough. They need visual context, timestamped proof, and real-time video search.
If your AI agent needs sight to understand the world, Rocket speaks API.
Powered by UpRock VSS — available via API and MCP Server.
Which AI agent should Rocket analyze next?
Rocket Around the World — Stop #11: Mumbai
11 stops in. Next stop: Asia’s fastest-growing tech powerhouse.
From Singapore across to the vibrant streets of Mumbai.
20+ million people. A massive developer generation. Unstoppable Web3 growth. And now Rocket.
He’s not just taking in the Gateway of India or the view over Marine Drive.

→ Where do founders gather after late-night build sessions?
Mobile-first intelligence. Massive node network. Unmatched scale.
One high-energy city. Endless alpha. Let’s see what Rocket uncovers.
What should Rocket investigate in Mumbai?
💰🐾New stuff happening .. 🐾💰
And this dog can't seem to go anywhere without finding things that are out of place. 🫠💸💸
Rocket found some...coins. What do y'all see?! 🐕🐾💰💲

🚀 Stack the Bull & Rocket are coming to @UpRockCom web this week!
We're also open-sourcing Rocket Fuel Engine, our distributed task system wrongly flagged by Google.
Full story coming soon. We'll need our community's help making some noise! 📢
Love seeing new use cases for the crawler API.
Check out what LFG Alarm is building. https://t.co/vljfFm4M79
The social alarm that watches what matters to you and your crew, and rewards you for showing up. A price, a party, a pump, anything.
Some alpha: their early bird program for rewards is limited, so sign up now.
https://t.co/pfT379ieDr
Turns out the killer use case for agents isn't travel or dinner reservations.
It's your alarm clock.
Meet Rocco, a cat with superintelligence. Rewarded mornings. Moments you never miss. Your whole crew in sync.
The early list is open: https://t.co/nHD9smSKWt 😼⏰
More rewards doesn’t mean less UPT.
Stack the Bull is about expanding what participation can unlock.
UPT stays at the center.
You contribute → you earn UPT.
And as the reward layer grows, the same UpRock economy can begin connecting you to more communities, more campaigns and more assets.
Not instead of UPT.
Alongside it.
That’s the idea behind Stack the Bull:
Multiple rewards. One network. One agent.
UPT is the foundation.
We’re building more on top of it.
Earn your way in.
Rocket Around the World — Stop #10: Singapore

→ Where are builders gathering after hours?
→ What’s happening outside the obvious venues?
→ Where should you eat between meetings?
→ What does Singapore look like beyond Marina Bay Sands?
Live web intelligence. Video search. Real-world discovery.
One city. One very busy week.
Let’s see what Rocket finds.
What should Rocket investigate in Singapore?
