@TMobileHelp@MikeSievert Years ago, DMs were the fastest way to resolve this stuff. Today it seems like the company is avoiding an admission of guilt and/or technical failures.
Used to be you tweeted the executive team once and never had to again in order for the DMs to actually resolve the issue quick.
@MikeSievert your customer service team shouldn’t be taking 15 minutes or more after a customer confirms their details through a provided link.
Not sure what the issue is with TMobile these days. Your customer service used to be fast. And good.
@TMobileHelp@MikeSievert I have asked for this to be done in text. Because I wanted to see everything in writing.
And so far I was correct for doing so.
Because I’ve been gaslit at least twice.
@TMobileHelp@MikeSievert Claiming my old card failed when I removed it from the account after updating my information is the weirdest move, guys.
Is your system this broken that you don’t account for new payment methods done a month ahead of time?
@TMobileHelp “Seen.”
Thanks guys, great customer service.
I’ve provided screen shots and texts. And all signs point to either a massive glitch on your side, negligence, or (and I would prefer if this isn’t it) purposeful underhanded tactics.
@TMobileHelp Yeah, this isn’t going very fast, if I have to keep responding to these tweets to get DM replies. Get one of the executive team members like yourself in the chat to resolve it faster like you used to four years ago.
@TMobileHelp@MikeSievert Oh I already tried dming you guys last night. Whatever other factors existed that stopped my updated card having autopay updated back when I updated it the first week of September is all your fault
Hey @MikeSievert did your company suspend my service just to get me to agree to binding arbitration on a one time payment instead of accepting my auto-payment I updated multiple times?
You looking for a lawsuit? @LegalEagle
@TMobileCFO hey dude, your service is becoming pretty heinous. Whatever you guys are doing, it’s causing Google to mark my phone as spam, and kick me out of apps.
