🚨🚨 BREAKING from the UK: in a ruling under the UK’s code of conduct Pfizer has been found GUILTY of ‘bringing discredit to the pharmaceutical industry’ in the UK, the most serious breach there is under the UK Code of Practice rules.
A ruling by the UK’s @PMCPAUK found @pfizer had breached the UK’s regulatory code of conduct FIVE times including misleading the public about the safety and efficacy of its Covid vaccine AND unlawfully promoting an unlicensed medicine.
This comes after Pfizer was found GUILTY in November 2022 of misleading UK parents over the safety of the Covid vaccine for kids.

Monday, 21 September is the deadline for getting your comments in to the PMCPA on its proposal to time limit consumer complaints about Big Pharma. It's easy to use the link to their form at the end of Dr Black's @LD_Sceptics article.
The UK’s Covid inquiry has become part of a sinister censorship exercise, in which inconvenient narratives are scrubbed from the history books.
In June The Telegraph reported that Silkie Carlo's witness statement had been suppressed from public view (link in comments). Rather ironically, Silkie's statement, written in her role as director of Big Brother Watch, was itself about the pandemic censorship operations of the British Government.
In fact, this was only the tip of the iceberg.
We are aware of numerous other witness statements which the Covid Inquiry legally required to be submitted, but for reasons never communicated to the public, then elected to withhold from public view. Invariably and perhaps predictably, these witness statements relate to the Covid vaccination programme. In each case the statements were written by experts and meticulously referenced. They set out detailed concerns about the lack of ethical basis for, and possible mechanisms of widespread harm emanating from, the vaccination programme.
Whether or not one agrees with the conclusions of these statements it is almost impossible to justify the decision of a major public inquiry to withhold a sub-section of statements which it required under Rule 9 requests from public view. Especially so where these statements related to a produced given to, and in some cases forced upon, millions of British citizens, including children.
In this, the final episode of Season One of our Broken Custodians podcast, Ben and I felt it important to put into the public domain what we know.

Dr Alan Black: proposed change to the pharma watchdog's complaints system "threatens to create a de facto historical immunity for poor conduct by pharmaceutical companies in the UK."
Have your say on this by 21 September👇
The pharmaceutical industry is trying to curtail your ability to complain about its behaviour with a new time limit, warns Dr Alan Black. But there's still time to make your voice heard about the changes. https://t.co/Wd6sri4wBd

🚨NEW: Women in Piddington, a village of just 350 people where the government plans to put 1,250-3,500 illegal migrants, have released a video begging female MPs to speak out for them in Parliament
Plus the fact that in the UK Moderna are still undergoing an audit after it was caught misleading its UK regulator. This sanction, reserved for serious wrongdoing, could result in Moderna being suspended from its UK trade body.

Great summary by @MaryanneDemasi on the risk of COVID vaccination during pregnancy!
1. The vaccine penetrates the placenta which is suggestive of plausible (not theoretical) risk of harm, especially for exposure in early stages in pregnancy!
2. So called reassuring studies are methodologically flawed and cannot be relied on, especially given the relatively small number of women who vaccinated in early stages of pregnancy.
3. Claims of 82% vaccination risk of miscarriages are clearly not plausible or supported by evidence. However, rigorous study from Israel shows significantly increased observed-to-expected fetal loss rate of 4 ADDITIONAL fetal losses per 100 women vaccinated in first trimester!
4. Pfizer only randomized trials on vaccination during later stages of pregnancy raised major concerns re vaccination risk of fetus birth defects. This concern is further supported by CDC VSAFE data.
The recommendation to vaccinate during pregnancy was reckless! The consequences are not yet clear!

Did public health officials put covid 'vaccine confidence' above the best interests of babies and pregnant women?
Dr T Jefferson and Prof @carlheneghan examine newly released messages concerning Covid vaccination in pregnancy and conclude,
"In an emergency, public health officials may not have perfect evidence at hand; however, a lack of available evidence should never reduce their obligation to describe it accurately. Public confidence requires scientific transparency, not the withholding of uncertainty."

Wishing all the best to A-level students and their families, teachers and supporters.
As usual, the annual message from Clarkson helps keep everything in perspective!
Don’t worry if your A level results are a bit disappointing. I got a C and two Us. And this evening I shall sit in my agreeable garden, drinking beer from my own brewery and eating food from my own farm. Prepared by my own chef.
In just under an hour, Senator Rand Paul's landmark hearing commences. Proximal Origins may prove to be as significant for the Covid era as the Dodgy Dossier was for the Iraq war, fundamentally reshaping our understanding of the period and the role of key actors.

3. Wellcome had at that time given grants worth hundreds of millions of pounds to more than one quarter of the members of the high profile UK SAGE Committee responsible for advising the UK Government on its pandemic response policies. As revealed by UsForThem's December 2025 report into SAGE conflicts, a majority of beneficiaries of those grants failed to disclose that funding relationship when required (reported in the Mail in Dec. 2025).

Thr reason you must never silence dissenters is that they are your error correction mechanism.
If the same people making the error are the ones who shutdown the error correction systems then they are doubly culpable.
