V3 Apparel

Empowering you to conquer your #gym, #fitness & #workout goals with confidence 👊

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

The audacity of my body to be tired when I have goals 😭😭

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

The version of me that skips the #gym is always so much harder to live with 😭

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

The gym doesn't fix everything.

But I've never left feeling worse than when I walked in.

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

The version of me that planned this workout last night was very optimistic about who I'd be today 😭

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Not working out can actually ruin your day

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Buying new #gym clothes because surely that's what's been holding back my progress 😅

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Some people need coffee, I need deadlifts

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Me waking up at 6:30 am:
“I am not a morning person” 💀

Me after my first set at 7:00 am:
“How do people lie in?? I love mornings! I love life! What a beautiful day!” 🤩

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Do it tired.
Do it unmotivated.
Do it no matter what 💪

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Going to the gym is the highlight of my day 🥰

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Saturday #gym hits different when you're not rushing to get ready for work after ✨

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Consistency looks like nothing is happening until EVERYTHING changes

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Some mornings you wake up feeling like that girl.

Other mornings you wake up and have to become her at the gym

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

🎚️

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Me: I'll just do a quick 45 minutes today

Also me: *two hours later still adding exercises because the gym is empty*

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Alarm goes off > Consider staying in bed > Remember how good I feel after training > Get my butt to the gym 🔁

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

It’s a great day to go to the gym

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

Going to the gym to distract myself from the fact that I don’t know what I’m doing with my life 🙄

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

@McDonalds

[V3 Apparel @v3apparel]

I’m fuelled by caffeine, heartbreak and creatine
