Amazon is holding $63k of our money against $7k in refunds and $0 in chargebacks when we've been selling on the platform for over 10 years and have $156,000 in inventory in their warehouses.
Is this about protecting Amazon or the interest they can make on holding the $63k?
Account has been deactivated for almost 20 days. Can't make payroll. $114,000 tied up. "Internal Review" has been NINE DAYS. I CANNOT just "sit and wait" with no transparency as to what is happening. @AmazonASGTG@amznsellerhelp. Is there anyone at Amazon who looks at these?

Currently there’s:
No warning.
No real explanation.
No meaningful and fair appeal process.
A new bill in NY is trying to change that. Under the bill, sellers would get:
- A real notice period to resolve alleged infractions
- A human point of contact in Seller Performance to work with

This is what sellers have been asking for.

@CadeDataDeals Sorry you’re going through this - Let me know how it goes, got suspended about a year ago and had to jump through all the hoops. Just when you want to give up for hitting a wall for the 100th time keep going, our suspension got lifted so I’m sure you’re close
