Dear Community,

The time has come to begin revealing the next era of financial digitalization, in which Serenity is positioned to play a significant role.

This announcement will unfold in three phases of execution.

As many of you are already aware. Tokenization is widely expected to become a foundational layer of the future financial system, with its long-term projections reaching a multi-trillion-dollar industry, significantly beyond today’s total crypto market capitalization.

Within this transformation, Gold-backed Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization is anticipated to be one of the most important verticals.

For the past eight months, our teams at Serenity have worked intensively to prepare for this new phase.

Serenity will be announcing its Gold backed RWA tokenization project very soon, which is expected to become a game changer in the RWA industry.

And SERSH will be the key FUEL Token which will drive this entire Gold tokenisation ecosystem launched by Serenity.

Above exercise required a complete rewrite of the current SERSH smart contract architecture, overcoming its historical limitations in terms of:

▪️⁠Security
▪️⁠⁠⁠Scalability
▪️⁠Upgradability
▪️⁠Interoperability

Today, we are proud to confirm that these limitations have been fully addressed through a new institutional-grade smart contract, independently audited with the highest evaluation scores of 10/10.

As a result, we are honored to announce that:

SERSH will migrate to a new-generation token forming the core utility of Serenity’s expanded ecosystem, supporting:

▪️sBox
▪️⁠sAxess
▪️⁠sAxess Pro
▪️sGold and future RWA infrastructures

The migration will occur with:

▪️1:1 continuity of its existing tokenomics and distribution, with total supply the same.
▪️Enhanced security and compliance standards
▪️Alignment with regulated, institutional-grade financial infrastructure
▪️Expanded long-term value potential for holders

A precise timestamp and all details of the migration execution framework will be communicated soon.

Due to the regulated and gold-linked nature of the new model, a lot of criteria have to be met, as SERSH will be driving a major RWA tokenisation ecosystem in the near future.

In this regard, the exchange and other trading partners would need to be compliant for the newly migrated token, and all other related details will be announced in due course of time.

It is the foundation of Serenity’s long-term role in the evolving global financial architecture.

The PALM team is consolidating liquidity onto Cardano DEXs to strengthen on chain activity where trading demand is strongest.

We’re streamlining where $PALM liquidity lives.

PALM trading activity has been overwhelmingly concentrated on Cardano DEXs, while some venues saw very limited usage.

Rather than spreading liquidity thin, we’ve made a deliberate choice to put our capital, time, and resources behind Cardano and the builders actually growing the ecosystem.

That means reallocating liquidity from MEXC to an established Cardano DEX.

We’re already live on Minswap and VyFi, and this will become our third official PALM pool.

By consolidating liquidity on Cardano, we reduce unnecessary costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen on-chain trading activity.

The new official PALM pool will be announced soon.

We’re building on Cardano and backing it with real liquidity.
