Wow, what a harvest! Yields were lower across many vineyards this year, but what we did bring in was seriously impressive. Beautiful acidity, tons of concentration, and lots of flavor that we’re excited to watch develop as the wines make their way through fermentation and aging.

We caught our Bottling Supervisor Matt out in the cellar barreling some of our 2026 Chardonnay, and giving fermentation a little nudge with a mix of yeast and Chardonnay juice.

We had an absolute blast at Harvest STOMP, pouring V. Sattui wines, serving up delicious bites, catching up with friends, and being part of an evening that raised an incredible $2.3 million for the Napa Valley Grapegrowers! Cheers to an incredible event.
