We had a great time today at our open house! We heard from educators, life-long Hampton Roads residents and environmental volunteers about their experiences with issues like sea level rise, and talked about the work we are doing to promote coastal resiliency. #communitybuilding
Visited King & Queen Fish Hatchery 🐟🐟 which is one out of nine fish cultural stations operated by the Virginia Department of wildlife Resources (DWR) in Virginia.
The hatchery has eighteen production ponds and two indoor aquaculture buildings!
The Understanding Needs to Broaden Outside Use of NASA Data (UNBOUND) for Coastal Issues is a multi-session workshop this fall to improve NASA Earth science data for addressing issues in coastal zones.
