@TELUS@TELUSsupport 6) this support person sees my appointment; he calls commitment team. Find out they don’t see my appointment (??). He will make a new appointment but needs to cancel my current appointment but needs to submit a ticket to the back office first. Must wait 24hrs
@TELUS@TELUSsupport 5) Nov 2 comes and no technician arrives. Call support again 😩 at 11:00 am. Support person was trying to contact dispatch to see what’s up. Said he would get back to me shortly. Didn’t hear back so called again at 1:44 and was on hold for over an hour 😤
@TELUS@TELUSsupport 3) On hold while he works on an appointment for me- call drops and no call back. Call again (on hold for only 30 minutes) and this person says there is a problem with my account and I’ll need to create a new profile. She will call me back…
@TELUS@TELUSsupport 2) No equipment nor technician on the 30th. Called support - 1st person was no help as he was tech support only. Called back (on hold for over an hour) new person was helpful and he determined this was a new install and not a move. Not sure why the confusion
@TELUS@TELUSsupport Why is it so hard to get my internet service? I applied six weeks ago and I’m still without service. It’s been a struggle: 1) get notified equipment won’t arrive on time so appt bumped from Oct 26 to Oct 30. Why??
@telus@telussupport Now he has to submit a ticket to the back office to cancel todays appointment in order to book a new one. Said he will call back Nov 3. FYI I have a small business and can’t get any work done - hotspot (Telus) is unreliable. When will this will get fixed?
@telus@telussupport Nov 2 arrives, no technician. Call again (on hold of course) Told they will call commitment team and get back to me quickly. Two hours later I call again (on hold for over an hour). He sees my appointment but says commitment team can’t see it!! Unreal.
@telus@telussupport Second, confusion on Oct.30 (called support 3 times, 2 hours on the phone). Is this a move or a new service they ask? There is a problem with your account they said. Need to create a new account (on hold again)… no it’s ok now. Will have technician out Nov 2
