It’s actually easy to smell AI and lose credibility

At this point, I can usually tell within five seconds when a site was built by AI. Not because it looks bad. Because it looks like every other AI site.

Same hero layout. Same gradient. Same three feature cards. Same “AI-native platform for modern teams” headline that says nothing.

Here’s the part founders are missing. These companies raised millions to stand out from your competitors, then shipped a site that looks identical to all of them. And don’t even convert.

If I am a user and visited these websites, I quietly decides you’re one of many. I don’t book the demo, and you never find out why.

The tool did exactly what it was built to do, which is produce the average. The problem is that average is the one thing a funded company can’t afford to look or convert like.
