We shouldn’t ask:
Does food cause ADHD?
We should ask:
Can what we eat influence ADHD symptoms?
That’s a much more interesting question.
And the research is worth watching.
#adhd#nutrition#brainhealth
Your brain is an organ.
It needs nutrients to function.
So why do we rarely talk about nutrition when discussing ADHD?
Maybe we should.
#adhd#nutrition#neuroscience
ADHD and food.
The connection is more complicated than food causes ADHD.
But poor dietary patterns are associated with ADHD.
What we eat matters.
#adhd#brainhealth#nutrition
Could the modern food environment be making ADHD symptoms worse?
Research shows associations between ADHD and diets higher in ultra-processed and sugary foods.
Correlation isn’t causation. But it’s worth investigating.
#adhd#nutrition
ADHD isn’t caused by food.
But diet influences symptoms.
The brain needs nutrients to function. What we eat matters more than we think.

AI will make some people dramatically more productive.
Others will simply use it to do less.
The interesting question is who uses it to build something new.
#AI#Productivity
We're about to see the biggest #productivity experiment in history.
Give millions of people AI.
Some will work faster.
Some will work less.
Some will build something extraordinary.
What will you do?
#AI#FutureOfWork
You can have the best wellbeing programme in the world.
If your senior leadership team is exhausted, disconnected and permanently stressed...
Your employees already know.
Culture is caught long before it's taught.
#Leadership#WorkplaceWellbeing
The future of work isn't remote vs office.
That's already becoming an outdated argument.
The real question is:
What should humans actually be doing when machines can increasingly do the rest?
That's the conversation businesses should be having.
#FutureOfWork#AI
Here's something I've learned after years working with organisations:
People rarely leave because of one bad day.
They leave after hundreds of small moments where they stop believing things will change.
Good leadership notices those moments.
#Leadership#EmployeeExperience
The biggest mistake businesses are making with AI?
Thinking it's a technology project.
It isn't.
It's a people project.
Your technology can be brilliant.
If your people don't understand how to use it, trust it or adapt to it, you've bought yourself a very expensive toy.
#AI
I don't think burnout is a resilience problem.
I think we have normalised working environments that would have been considered unacceptable 20 years ago.
Then we teach employees breathing exercises and call it wellbeing.
That's not a strategy.
#WorkplaceWellbeing#Leadership
AI isn't going to destroy good businesses.
It is going to expose badly run ones.
Poor processes.
Poor leadership.
Poor communication.
You can automate a mess.
You just get the mess faster.
#AI#Leadership#FutureOfWork
Here's my prediction:
The next generation won't think of ageing as something that simply happens.
They'll measure it.
Track it.
Slow it.
And eventually manipulate it.
We're not at the end of the #Longevity revolution.
We're at the beginning.
