Rogers is currently down. This is affecting all Rogers customers not solely Velcom. The entire Rogers network is down everywhere. Cellular and home/business internet is affected.

@Velcom Our sales and support are back, but not 100%. Please open a ticket and they will return your call at the earliest time possible. Some were able to leave Ukraine but most of them are unable to leave but they are in the process of moving further away from the bombing.
We have been using the same people since 2001. They are our friends as well! Currently they are staying within a bunker. We are praying for the Ukrainian people! Hopefully this can be resolved peacefully.

Technicians are dispatched to the major Toronto pop 151 front street and Rogers York mills area. Fiber splice has been completed they are further diagnosing the line. We are very close to being back online.
