I had a great evening at the opening of @tweetcraftspace Made In The Middle Exhibition at Leicester Gallery on Friday. I am so pleased to be included in this exhibition showcasing the breadth of high-quality, contemporary crafts being made in the Midlands today. #madeinthemiddle
On Monday I delivered my work to Leicester Gallery ready for @tweetcraftspace Made In The Middle which begins on 25th Jan. This exhibition features my largest, most complex works to date. Here is a sneak peak of my most recent sculpture which came out of the kiln just in time!
Happy New Year! My kiln has been busy over Christmas firing my pieces for @tweetcraftspace Made In The Middle tour, which begins at Leicester Gallery on 25th Jan. This exhibition features work by 37 artists, highlighting innovative contemporary crafts made in the Midlands today.

These works on the shelves in my studio will be exhibited at Cabalva Ceramics @hArtWeek 7th-15th Sept. You may notice two pieces here that I posted about making a little while ago. This exhibition will be their first outing so do visit to see a selection of my most recent works.
I'm looking forward to taking part in @hArtWeek at Cabalva Ceramics, 7th-15th Sept. I will be exhibiting alongside 7 fantastic artists in this lovely rural venue outside of Hay-on-Wye. On Sun 8th & Fri 13th Sept I will be stewarding the exhibition so please do visit & say hello!
Before making new work I sketch what colour palette of decorating slips to use & where I will place the prints on the slabs of clay. These monoprinted clay slabs form the foundation of my making process so time spent planning now hopefully means a successful piece of work later!
Exciting news! 🎉
Herefordshire Cultural Partnership has been awarded £596,000 from @ace_national to provide creative activities for residents. ‘Our Place’ will create a new model for community arts in one of the UK's most rural counties.
