We’re taking 20 Normandy veterans back to France to participate in events marking 80 years since D-Day.

This morning they departed from Portsmouth along with a specialist team of RBL staff dedicated to their care for the duration of the trip.

A special Memorial Service was held last week at London City Hall for the late Mr Neil Flanigan MBE. Neil was a much loved WW2 RAF veteran, a Windrush campaigner and community leader.
