ViaBTC Pool Official Statement: Clarification on CoinEx's Business Strategy Adjustment and the Continued Stability of ViaBTC Pool Services

Dear ViaBTC users and community partners,

In response to CoinEx's latest announcement regarding its strategic shutdown and the wind-down of operations, we are issuing this official statement to assure our mining community:

Financially and Technically Independent: Your Assets Remain Completely Safe
ViaBTC Pool operates with complete independence—separate legal entity, financial accounts, technical infrastructure, and server operations.
· CoinEx's business adjustment has zero impact on ViaBTC’s mining services.
· ViaBTC's deposit, withdrawal, and settlement functions continue operating normally, and your hashrate, mining rewards, and assets are completely secure.

Required Action: Update Your Auto-Withdrawal Settings
Due to the upcoming closure of CoinEx exchange, ViaBTC will discontinue the "Auto Withdrawal to CoinEx" feature on September 22, 2026 (UTC+8). Users currently using this feature are advised to log in to the ViaBTC official website or app promptly, navigate to the [Assets] page, and reconfigure their auto-withdrawal address.
