Paid 200 MXN for breakfast that was supposed to be included + 1500 MXN for my own English guide since none was provided.
Refund rejected & now ignored. Disappointing. #Viator

@ViatorTravel making a complaint is virtually impossible. Awful company and would definitely never use again. Customer service is horrendous and they could not care less about their customers

(2/2) Asked Anderson Rep if there was anything we could do. We reluctantly rode 1 jetski for 20mins before heading back to ship. @anderson_tours and @ViatorTravel did nothing to compensate us, not even a partial refund. I cannot recommend either company.

@ViatorTravel im in the middle of a tour. Can't hear anything the guide is saying as headset keeps cutting out..complained and got told it'll sort out. Complete waste of money ...what option can I choose for a partial refund as im happy to pay for entry tickets
