@Cristian212004@ok1zeme sure you could but that doesn't really advance your game much, esp if you are the kind of killer to rely on pain res or pop. Ideally you just sit out (or eat) their DS and then the person with StB, OtR and DS has like one perk
@ok1zeme and sure if all four survivors are running StB maybe that takes a little longer but if you are a good enough killer to know how to pick your targets.. it don't matter. StB is a complete placebo of a perk EXCEPT for the one situation of a killer wanting a specific survivor dead
@ok1zeme even if you ARE tunnelling, unless you have to get ONE specific survivor you either have one extra free hookstate on a stronger survivor (great, now you need one less chase on them) or on a weaker survivor (great, even easier to tunnel out).

@ok1zeme what is the effect when you aren't tunnelling? you're killing in the same # of hooks, they don't get any extra bonuses. If nobody was gonna die prior to 9 hooks then the game is literally unaffected

Never mind that the only canon azem shard, ardbert, has all his echo flashbacks in third person and also notably has a voice.
@SkinnyQuinnyTV@l__l1109 then why does it matter if DS is active or not?? if a survivors been fully healed and is body blocking someone else for nearly a minute you're wasting so much of the survivor's time that its your game to lose at that point
@TerichoHorror@boostedcomposer the question is then if a killer main wants easy games: why not just tank your MMR? not like theres a ranked mode. but the reply is that they want to be matched with survivors of their skill level.. so why complain when those survivors beat you? and so on it goes
you cant make a post like this where the proposed effect is literally what the perk does but killer-activated, if you aren't also suggesting the effect is killer favoured
this is a very funny post because it almost reaches the idea that actually STB is a shit perk that is at best neutral for the survivors and at worst so bad for survivors that killers should wish they could force survivors to use it
They should make a killer perk where you can take a hook state away from a survivor and give it to someone else to make them death hook
Surely that would be super balanced and no survivors would complain about it
@Risky_4_Bisky@MAttack45 you would be surprised the slowdown a hex perk can provide on its own. even if a surv knows its two can play theyre drawn to the lit totem like a firefly. same with face the darkness, if it was a timed effect instead of a hex itd genuinely be weaker
@Risky_4_Bisky@MAttack45 hex two can play larpers over here, it doesnt even spawn til its active. its also the only hex perk that can reignite itself if cleansed so it doesnt even matter. making it not a hex would unironically be a nerf
@Mr_Zantastic you're chasing two survivors at once, and you got a hook and a down within 60s. is that not a really strong position to be in regardless?

@SleepyLichTV@SLeNDeR_KiLL3R back up.. after 60s. you have to leave the loop. nevermind that vaulting back into a stunned killer wastes some of the distance you'd otherwise gain. if the killer doesnt panic swing its probably worse than if you just ran lithe
@pz_fz2@HensDBD trap killers are doomed to be weak bc a strong trapping killer would be the most miserable thing in the world to face, if its a 'passive' trap where the survivor is the one that triggers it. Can't be good to lock down an area in a game where survs objectives are in fixed location
