Ayo @SouthwestAir your customer support for credit card holders is very poor. There was no attempt to even help with an inquiry that I had it was just a no we can’t help you apply a discount that you should be getting automatically with every purchase. Yall gotta do better!

You mean to tell me you have vehicles on site for test drives but can’t loan one out to a loyal customer when their car is getting repaired because it isn’t a warranty claim? At the very least have an employee drop off within a radius of the service center.
