So disappointed in @TheRCN for this statement. This offer will not improve staffing levels, patient safety, recruitment or retention. This statement is divisive and weakens the one nhs, one team message. The other staff on Agenda for Change have just been dealt a slap by @theRCN

For someone at the top of B6 they are essentially offering a base rate increase from £40,588 to £42,617.
The ONS states that to meet inflation the pay rise would have to increase to at least £44,160.
My other half has had 2 pay rises equivalent to 9% in the last 2 years and some people in his company are threatening to strike. We’re being told to accept 5%…🤦🏼♀️ #SayNo#NHSStrikes#NHSCrisis
