Today, I had the honor of participating in the Silver State Summit Healthcare Panel, “Economic Vitality Through Healthcare,” alongside Laura Rich, Director of Nevada Human Services, and Stacie Weeks, Director of the Nevada Health Authority. The discussion was moderated by Brian Erling, President and CEO of Renown Health.
It was a valuable opportunity to discuss the impact of the @HHSGov $50 billion investment in rural healthcare and its potential to strengthen healthcare access, support rural communities, and promote long-term economic vitality across Nevada.

I had the opportunity to attend a roundtable with @DrOz and other elected officials in El Paso County, Colorado. We discussed the great work happening at Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to combat fraud, waste and abuse and protect taxpayer dollars. Following the discussion, we toured @springsrescue with Travis Williams, President and CEO. It was a valuable opportunity to learn more about their work and the impact they are making in our community. @GOP_Jarvis @HHSGov @RepJeffCrank @CMSGov

It was a great evening following the STAC meeting in San Diego, as we had the honor of witnessing Mark Cruz being ceremonially sworn in as the Director of the Indian Health Service. It was also a pleasure to meet the new CDC Director, Dr. Erica Schwartz.
