My wife just saw her first Fernando Mendoza interview and I quote, “we must protect him at all costs, he’s so cute, I hope he’s still dating his 6th grade girlfriend.”
Questioning if my life was worth living feels like thoughts from another lifetime. I simply couldn’t fathom it now.
I wish hope, love, support, and faith, to anyone out there who needs to know that their life is worth living. ❤️🩹

4. Accept that what happened, happened! Sometimes we eat too much, sometimes we eat too little, and sometimes we eat things we don’t even like.
That’s okay! You’re here now, you’ll be okay. 🙂
3. Reflect by asking yourself what you learned about yourself/your relationship with food.
Were you listening to your body? Were you coping with something? Were you simply enjoying yourself? (Which is 100% okay!)
Use this knowledge to help increase your mindfulness with food.
