@UPS literally the worst customer service experience ever not the people the actual system… I understand everyone wanting to be automated but having someone on the phone for 40 mins just to be redirected and then given a number to the department you need only for them to be down

A special shout out the the social media department @CityFurniture who turn a not so pleasant experience into a better one by being thorough and true to their word. I love my new living room set it looks amazing. The young lady that helped me it a gem I don’t want to butcher her

Good customer service isn’t just a pleasant experience when everything goes right but what sellers and retaliates do when there’s a misunderstanding. I can graciously say @CityFurniture got it right. Thankfully we were able to rectify the mishap that took place earlier this month
