I thought we were about to do our normal motivational speech for the students as they head into summer, but it was so much more than that. 30 years as an educator has been a beautiful journey. I have been blessed to meet so many incredible educators over the years, many who have become friends. And I’ve learned so much from my students. Thank you all for helping me to become the teacher I am today. And make no mistake about it, I may be retiring but I will ALWAYS be a teacher.
