@virginmedia i ordered 2 wifi pods as advised by the technician, the lady said they would be here within a few days with a return label to return the old white wifi pods, i have still not received these
@virginmedia I’m due for renewal on 20th Feb and waiting a call from 1 of your managers/supervisors to discuss this due to recent issues and still waiting that call even though I have called twice this week and been promised a call back!

@FredTedOlga@virginmedia I mean part of the premise of Best Exotic Marigold Hotel is Judi Dench’s character dealing with this exact problem, that’s how known & stereotypical this behaviour was in 2011! 15yrs on & @virginmedia are still harassing & retraumatising grieving families! It’s outrageous.

@HaggisAdele Don’t get me started on @virginmedia they made it impossible for me to manage my account last year - upshot was I left them and they promised a refund of the money they owe me within 45 days….That was last October.
