मच्छर वाले पायलट केस पर @RahulGandhi जी की खामोशी बहुत कुछ बयान करती है। इतने बड़े मामले पर उनका एक ट्वीट तक ना आना ये साफ दिखता है कि उनको देश के मुद्दे और जवानों की कोई परवाह नहीं है। जो नेता देश के गंभीर मसलों पर चुप रहे, सोचिए अगर ऐसे इंसान के हाथों में देश की कमान चली जाये तो देश का भविष्य क्या होगा?

बांग्लादेश में अत्याचार के समय किसी ने यह नहीं देखा कि कौन जैन, ब्राह्मण, दलित या सवर्ण है—केवल यह देखा गया कि वह हिंदू है। इसलिए हमें जातिगत भेदभाव से ऊपर उठकर एकजुट रहना चाहिए। वर्तमान मतभेद एक अस्थायी दौर हैं; हमें इनसे विचलित हुए बिना अपनी एकता और व्यापक उद्देश्य पर केंद्रित रहना चाहिए।

पिछले 4–6 महीनों में जिस तरह राष्ट्रवादी नैरेटिव से जाति-आधारित नैरेटिव की ओर बढ़ने की शुरुआत हुई है, वह बेहद पीड़ादायक और समाज को विभाजित करने वाली है। यह हमें उसी दिशा में ले जा रहा है, जहाँ हम लोग कहते थे—“बटेंगे तो कटेंगे।”

While paying homage to Gandhiji on his Jayanti I call for a national debate on Bapu to demystify him. He did many good things but no honest Indian can deny that his principles of total non-violence & Hindu-Muslim unity at any cost were mainly responsible for Bharat’s Partition.

India owes a lot to Gandhiji, from Gram Swaraj & Swachha Bharat to inclusive social reform & the principle of Trustiship in which our CSR initiative is rooted.

Jinnah’s Muslim League fully exploited his two principles of Hindu-Muslim unity at any cost - which became HM unity at Hindu cost - & total nonviolence.

Vande Matram was curtailed to appease Muslims & they were given special treatment. Jinnah used these as a loaded gun against the Cong.

On Aug 16, 1946, he launched a violent Jihad against Hindus in the form of Direct Action in Kolkatta to bring Congress to its knees.

Cong had no effective answer to Direct Action violence. Within exactly an year - on Aug 14, 1947 - India was partitioned & Pakistan was born.

Those amongst the nationalists who are refraining from a national debate on him to bring out the real Gandhi are doing great disservice to the nation.

Today at a press conference I released my letter to Hon PM @narendramodi describing the horrendous situation created by perverse AV content in the country in the form of rape cases & suggested enactment of 3 laws:

A. Immediate ban on P0rnography for minors as in 16 countries.

B. A law disallowing internet service providers from allowing obscene content from their internet connections using AI, on the pain of punishment.

C. Amendment of Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986, & increasing the jail term to 10 years with no bail for 3 years & stringent implementation of the law.

Addressing the press meet with me, leading anti-rape activist & founder of @pariforindia , @yogitabhayana, & known Supreme Court lawyer @Vishnu_Jain1 , said that perverted content is playing havoc with the society.

Bhayana supported @scsb_f that majority of rapes were being provoked by such evil
content & added that Bollywood was also responsible for the situation as it has long indulged in s€xual objectification of women.

Jain, who is also the lawyer of a petition filed by me, @SanjeevSanskrit & @swati_gs in Supreme seeking strict laws to ban P0rnographic content, said that India needs a clear & enforceable
framework that makes age verification meaningful &
ensures that children cannot simply
bypass safeguards. Jain added that the objective should be straightforward: ‘protect minors while creating accountability across the digital ecosystem’.

The meet was also addressed by Sanjeev Newar, who has been fighting a long battle against perverted content in Bollywood through his handle @GemsOfBollywood besides lawyers @vineetJindal19 & @SachdevaAmita , who have waged a long battle against evil content producers. They shared their experiences of how obscene content is ruining the society & strongly called for enactment of strong laws to protect the future of Bharat.

In the end I stressed on two main points which i have mentioned in the letter to PM :

1. While becoming a developed country Bharat can’t afford to become a culturally bankrupt nation.

2. If Bharat wants to realise its goal of becoming a Vishwaguru it will have to take a pledge that it will become the world’s first perverted content free nation.

I added that countries in the Gulf & Singapore have been largely controlled such content as compared to India & so why Bharat, which aims to become global spiritual leader as predicted by our great saints including Vivekanand, should not go a step further?

Thank you @yogitabhayana for endorsing our @scsb_f stand that the main underlying cause of horrendous rape cases happening across the nation is p0rnography/ perverted content easily available on phones.

We need such a true Nation-First approach to tackle many of our country’s problems. Only hope a deeply fractured polity of our country takes inspiration from this.

I also hope a Govt wedded to cultural nationalism tackles this issue with the urgency & understanding it deserves & doesn’t get weighed down by political considerations.

संवैधानिक दृष्टि रखने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति समाज के किसी वर्ग के साथ भेदभाव का समर्थन नहीं कर सकता। जनरल, SC, ST और OBC में से किसी एक वर्ग को शोषक या शोषित के रूप में प्रस्तुत करने के बजाय, समाज की दृष्टि समानता, गरिमा और संवैधानिक मूल्यों पर आधारित होनी चाहिए।

मेरी सीमित समझ के अनुसार, एससी-एसटी एक्ट में आरोप लगने पर कई मामलों में सबूत का भार दूसरी तरफ चला जाता है। यानी आरोपी को अपनी निर्दोषता साबित करनी पड़ सकती है। ऐसे में प्रोफेसर के मामले में भी यह महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा है। कानून में प्रसिद्ध कहावत है—“पूर्ण शक्ति पूर्णतः भ्रष्ट करती है।”

हमें यह समझना होगा कि इस संवेदनशील विषय पर बहस करते समय संवैधानिक सिद्धांतों को ध्यान में रखना जरूरी है। अनुच्छेद 21 हर व्यक्ति के जीवन और व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता की रक्षा करता है। अब सवाल यह है कि सामने आए आँकड़ों और केंद्र सरकार की मुआवज़ा योजनाओं के संदर्भ में कानूनी स्थिति कहाँ है।

मेरा प्रश्न यह है कि अग्रिम जमानत का प्रावधान पूर्णतः लागू क्यों नहीं होता और इसे केवल प्रथम दृष्टया मामले तक ही सीमित क्यों रखा गया है? हमारी चुनौती SC/ST अधिनियम की संवैधानिक वैधता के विरुद्ध नहीं, बल्कि मुख्यतः धारा 18-A के दुरुपयोग तथा धारा 19 और 8 के सीमित पहलुओं तक ही केंद्रित थी।

पृथ्वी राज चौहान के निर्णय के बाद इस कानून की व्याख्या कुछ हद तक सीमित हुई है। यहाँ महत्वपूर्ण संवैधानिक प्रश्न उठते हैं। मेरे विद्वान अधिवक्ता श्री सुरेश माने का कहना है कि देश कानून के शासन से चलता है और सामान्य वर्ग के व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध किसी घटना में सामान्य कानून लागू होगा।
