@virginmedia just spent over one hour trying to access account online. I’ve created new password and received confirmation and backup email with verify link which I’ve followed and got message that it’s all been verified and I can now login which doesn’t work wasted time
@virginmedia Being autistic I’m a little confused about it as it says it’s been paid but the direct debit doesn’t come out till today. And my ex boyfriend was the bill payer but he’s told his bank to to cancel them including the mobile bill
@virginmedia Its not that I "feel that way", I'm explaining a fact. I still have 5 months of my contract left at approx £62pm instead of offering a deal from July when it ends, youre offering one now, to supercede my current contract at a more expensive rate for the last 5 months of the term

@virginmedia I have recently cancelled my service, at what point should I get information on returning my hub? I cancelled the service on 28th January.
@virginmedia Not really an acceptable timeframe though is it, I've not seen a single engineer in the area, no one can tell me what the issue is and it's now going into day 4 of the downtime!
@virginmedia My mother is 78, lives alone in a 1 bed flat. She doesnt game and only occasionally streams a tv programme. So why has someone from your company sold her a 1gb internet sevice?

@MelinaKakoulid7@virginmedia "Communications company" how they have not been to court under the trades descriptions act is beyond me...and all that bollox about "busier than usual " is nonesense...open more call centres employ more staff and train the ones you do have properly
