A travel day that includes a 3am itinerary change, canceled flight, delayed flight, and a 1.5 mile sprint through CLT with 3 kids, 5 bags, and a carseat, only to have the boarding door closed on me, was an awful way to end a vacation. @AmericanAir customer service is horrible.
Hey @AmericanAir truly awful performance today. Cancelled 6AM flight, rebooked with three hour layover, then delayed over and over until missed connection. All topped off by shutting airplane door in my face as my family (with three little ones) ran across terminals. Truly awful.
UPDATE: Republicans rejected our motion to adjourn until Monday so senators could read the bill they just introduced.
