@VirginMediaIE I've had my upload speed at 50Mbps for the last 10 years that I'm with you. About 2 weeks ago its gone to 20-30Mbps. Engineer was scheduled to come in last week but hasn't (case E-416453). This is not the service I'd expect for €80 / month.

@ParcelMotel Amazon seller hasn't received my cancellation request on time and after contacting him, he advised me to "refuse to accept delivery" so it will be sent back to them. Is this something you can do (refuse to accept it form Royal Mail) ?
