@XfinitySupport I returned a Xumo box but forgot to log out of my streaming services. Is that OK? I assume you wipe boxes when you get them back? Some services force account holders to log out of all devices if they want to delete one, and I’d rather not do that.

so I got measured and exchanged it for a 36A Love Cloud. But it still doesn’t fit right, which makes me think the style is the problem. (You didn’t have a 36A Love Cloud in store, so I couldn’t actually try it.) Can I exchange it for a different style but keep the sale price?

@redlobster But what if I want to look at the menu because I want to go there for lunch tomorrow? It doesn’t really make sense that you can’t look at the menu outside lunch hours. How is someone supposed to plan ahead? I have to plan ahead to look at the menu so I can plan ahead for lunch?

@SodaStreamUSA I have a really old cylinder because there was a period when I didn’t use my machine. Like the cylinder doesn’t even look like what it is now. Is it still eligible for exchange? And do I literally just walk into any store with it and ask for a replacement?

@Grammarly I have turned off the Oxford comma, but you still constantly suggest that I use it. How do I get the setting to stick? I’ve been repeatedly marking it as an incorrect suggestion, but that isn’t working.
