Sincere thanks to my brilliant campaign team, all volunteers, who worked so hard, day and night, giving up time from work and family.
Thanks also to the professional help, PR team, designers and media.
Yes we hoped, even expected to win, no denying it.
We are proud of what we achieved though, not just the number of votes, but more the hearts and minds we touched.
A seed planted.
Now, more than ever, I believe a better future can be achieved for this country Insha Allah.
I am committed to take up these issues in Majis and ensuring voters' rights so that if the candidates listed are not of the voters' choice to have a slot to vote for none of the listed candidates.
Thank you for bringing this up.

The Maldivian people have principles and love our Palestinian brothers and sisters.
Our elected officials though should do a better job. The whole country is crying out for Israeli passports to be banned, as well as restricting Israeli and Zionist investments and products.
We only have lip service from officials so far. We need policy and we need legal blocks.
Our people wait in expectation
The smaller the constituency, the less impact policy-driven manifestos have. One of the reasons that personal favors to voters are a priority in this country.
We need to raise constituency size to over 20,000 per representative and also bring in a national list.
And only Majlis can bring these amendments.
Vote and vote wisely on Sunday.
