Today, the Georgia Senate passed a historic nonpartisan amendment to a bill we originally opposed. The simple amendment proposes to hand-count the top two races in each election to ensure the voting system results are accurate prior to certification. For the first time since unverifiable electronic voting came to Georgia in 2002, a hand-count law can help county election superintendents ensure that the voting system results they certify are actually correct. It is hard for those not involved in the legislative process to understand how difficult it is to get common sense provisions such as this passed into law. We want to thank Lt. Gov. Burt Jones @LtGovJonesGA , Senate majority leader Jason Anavitarte @jasonanavitarte, Senator Greg Dolezal @DolezalForGA, Gov. Kemp’s floor leader Bo Hatchett @BoHatchett, bill sponsor Max Burns @votemaxburns, former majority leader Steve Gooch @StephenGooch and others who helped craft this breakthrough for Georgia election integrity.
As this bill now moves to a 10am House Governmental Affairs hearing on Monday, we call upon Chairman Victor Anderson and Secretary of State candidate Tim Fleming @TimFlemingGA more fully mitigate the QR code verifiability and legality issue by adding additional major races to the hand count. Since ballots would be passed anyway, additional races such as those for Congress, the General Assembly, Attorney General and Secretary of State can be added to the count with very little increase in counting time. Counties are currently wasting time performing meaningless, unnecessary audits that can be eliminated and replaced by selective hand counting. Dr. Stark, the inventor of the Risk Limiting Audit process, has explained repeatedly that the process cannot be effectively used for Ballot Marking Device systems. So why do we continue to pretend it works? Public hand counts can go a long way to restore voter confidence in Georgia elections. Isn’t that what we want?
DJTjr, you can't possibly believe what you wrote. You are smart enough to know Rick Jackson has spent an estimated $170 million trying to destroy your father's MAGA movement here. More than half of that was false negative advertising against your father's endorsed gubernatorial candidate Burt Jones while Jackson claimed to be on the "Trump train". He has donated to Jeb Bush and Nikki Haley while they were running against your father. He donated to Liz Cheney and Bill Cassidy after they voted to impeach your father when he wasn't even in office (that is unconstitutional). He has donated to Geoff Duncan, Brad Raffensperger and Chris Carr all of whom tried to suppress the evidence that your father's election was stolen here. He never donated to your father or any MAGA candidate while they were running for office. He donated to Mitt Romney and Stacy Abrams while his wife, who is a Democrat, donated to Jon Ossoff. Pretending that you are blind to all of this is an insult to millions of Georgians who are fighting against Rick Jackson to preserve your father's movement here.
@bluestein If you are a legitimate journalist why have you been openly campaigning for Rick Jackson for months even up to this last-ditch attempt to save his campaign? (No need to reply. Most of us know the answer.)
VoterGA Supporters and Followers,
The June 16, 2026 primary runoffs may be the most important election we have ever had for the future of Georgia election security issues. The runoff will likely shape our direction and ability to solve complex voting issues for the next decade.
Tomorrow is the last day of early voting before Tuesday’s election and we urge you to please vote. If you requested and received an absentee ballot, you can return it Friday at your early voting location or at the election office on Election Day. Polls are open in metro Atlanta counties from 7am to 7pm but more rural counties may only open early voting between 9am to 5pm.
If you want candidate issue information, our Election Integrity scorecards are posted on the https://t.co/EKn6VEBLf5 home page. It is not only important for you to vote but please remind your friends and family as well and make sure they are properly informed.
Thank you

VOTERGA REQUESTS ANSWERS FROM CANDIDATE RICK JACKSON
Dear Candidate @RickJacksonGA,
Runoff voting is starting and since you have declined to participate in the runoff debate, important questions have been left unanswered about your candidacy and campaign. We have over 20,000 election integrity followers and supporters and request these answers prior to voting to help clarify apparent contradictions between your statements and the known facts.
Some of our questions are:
1. How can you claim to be an “outsider” when records show Jackson Healthcare subsidiaries received roughly a billion dollars in mostly no bid contracts from #Georgia state agencies since 2020?
2. If you are on the “Trump train”, as you have mentioned several times, why are you spending over $100 million trying to destroy President Trump’s endorsed candidate for governor, @burtjonesforga?
3. How do you justify your #Christian values while running a $100 million negative ad campaign using dark money and sketchy assertions against Trump endorsed Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones?
4. Why have most of us who have been active at the legislature for the last decade never heard about those sketchy negative assertions until you started your gubernatorial campaign?
5. Why did you say in the primary debate you “don’t know” if you employ undocumented workers when you were deposed twice in a case where an undocumented landscaper at your mansion sued for worker’s compensation to cover injuries received on the job?
6. How could you not know you employ undocumented workers when court records in that case against you show your mansion employed individuals “without work authorization” who were not consistently vetted with federal I-9 forms to verify employment eligibility?
7. Although you have made many political donations and claim to be on the “Trump train”, why are you unable to identify a single donation to President Trump or any #MAGA candidate while they were running for office?
8. How can you claim to be Trump’s favorite governor when records show you donated over a million dollars to Jeb Bush and Nikki Haley when they ran for President against Trump?
9. How can you claim to be President Trump's favorite governor when you donated to Liz Cheney and Bill Cassidy after they voted to impeach @realDonaldTrump when he was not even in office?
10. If you are a #Republican, why have you spent $100 million attacking a fellow @GaRepublicans while you and your wife donated at least $3,000 to Jon @Ossoff and @staceyabrams?
11. If you are not behind the dark money group called “Georgians for Integrity” @GAforIntegrity why was it registered by the same Ohio lawyer, Kimberly Land, who registered Alabama Patients First which ran negative dark money attack ads that supported your Jackson Hospital?
12. Since Jackson family members and subsidiaries previously donated over $72,000 to @GeorgiaDemocrat Party Gubernatorial candidate Geoff Duncan, why shouldn’t we believe you were also behind dark money organizations helping @GeoffDuncanGA become Lieutenant Governor in 2018?
We ask these questions because, unlike candidate @burtjonesforga and @KeishaBottoms who are running on their elective records, you have no record and there are numerous discrepancies in the information disseminated by you and your campaign.
